From the Heart of Our Studio

At our studio, our truest intention is to create a space where students can come home to themselves. Through the art of Aerial Dance, we guide each person to connect with the deeper layers of who they are—building not only strength, grace, and technique, but also trust in their own voice and presence.

Aerial Arts is more than movement—it's a journey. It’s playful, powerful, and deeply personal. It invites you to explore your body as a landscape of possibility, to make space within, and to express what words sometimes cannot.

It is a moving meditation, a practice of flow, and ultimately, a celebration of self-expression.

STUDIO OWNER & FOUNDER

With over 30 years in movement arts, Autumn bridges the worlds of discipline and expression. From elite-level gymnastics to the aerial stage, her path reflects a deep devotion to both technical mastery and creative exploration.

Trained by world-class cirque performers and shaped by collaborations with Cirque du Soleil, The Lucent Dossier Experience, and Zen Arts, she carries forward the traditions of cirque with a modern, inclusive approach.

Autumn teaches with reverence for the craft and belief in every student’s potential. Her classes invite individuals of all levels to discover aerial as more than movement — as a practice of awareness, artistry, and connection to self.

Our front door faces Carpinteria Street (see below).

If the door is closed, just press the call button to the right — someone will buzz you in.
