From the Heart of Our Studio

At our studio, our truest intention is to create a space where students can come home to themselves. Through the art of Aerial Dance, we guide each person to connect with the deeper layers of who they are—building not only strength, grace, and technique, but also trust in their own voice and presence.

Aerial Arts is more than movement—it's a journey. It’s playful, powerful, and deeply personal. It invites you to explore your body as a landscape of possibility, to make space within, and to express what words sometimes cannot.

It is a moving meditation, a practice of flow, and ultimately, a celebration of self-expression.

A seventh-generation Santa Barbara native, Autumn spent her childhood flipping, dancing, and mastering movement. By the age of twelve, she had already reached elite Level 10 status in gymnastics. Her passion for performance evolved in her early twenties when she began a dedicated journey into the world of aerial dance.

Autumn has devoted her life to blending movement with the healing arts—finding flow within the body, and weaving stories through motion to foster deep, heartfelt connection. Her mission is to inspire both students and audiences to tap into their innate gifts, find inner balance, and share that cultivated love within their communities. She carries a profound passion for storytelling through movement.
