From silks to hammock, each class is designed to help you build strength, confidence & artistry. Discover the right fit for your level & goals.

What to Wear: For comfort and safety, all youth students are strongly encouraged to wear leotards with tights or leggings. Form-fitting clothing is recommended for all students, and attire should cover the back of the knees, waist, and underarms to prevent friction burns. Avoid zippers, jewelry, or loose fabrics that could snag on equipment.

Mixed Apparatus

Mixed Apparatus classes offer a unique opportunity to explore a variety of aerial disciplines in one dynamic, creative experience. While these classes often focus on silks or hammock, students may also work with rope (corde lisse), lyra, aerial loops, a variety of metal apparatuses, and more. Each apparatus challenges the body and mind in different ways—some emphasizing flow, some strength, some grip, and some creativity—allowing students to discover what inspires them most in the air.

Mixed Apparatus training blends versatility, adaptability, and curiosity. Whether you're drawn to the fluid wraps of fabric, the continual climb of rope, the circular pathways of lyra, or the dynamic shapes and transitions of aerial loops, this style of class encourages exploration across multiple aerial languages. It’s an exciting way to build strength, spatial awareness, and artistic expression while expanding your comfort zone.

Mixed Levels: These inclusive classes welcome all experience levels. Instructors tailor lessons to meet students where they are—beginners build foundational skills such as climbs, basic mounts, and shape transitions, while more experienced students dive into advanced sequencing, dynamic pathways, and apparatus-specific techniques. Every student is supported and challenged at an appropriate pace in a positive, encouraging environment.

Youth Foundations: Designed for kids and teens, this mixed-apparatus class emphasizes fun, safety, and creativity. Young aerialists will learn essential skills on multiple apparatuses—climbs, footlocks, mounts, inversions, and pose transitions—building strength, confidence, and coordination. This format helps students develop well-rounded aerial foundations while discovering which apparatuses they most enjoy.

Adult Foundations: This beginner-friendly series introduces adults and older teens to the fundamentals of various apparatuses. You'll learn conditioning, grip strength, mounts, locks, transitions, and body awareness across silk, hammock, rope, lyra, aerial loops, and more. These classes are ideal for those new to aerial or returning after time away, providing a safe, supportive space to explore and progress.

Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks is one of the most iconic and visually stunning aerial arts. Also known as Tissu, Fabrics, or Twin Tails, this apparatus consists of two long strands of fabric suspended from above. Dancers use the silks to climb, wrap, twist, drop, and flow through the air, creating graceful, gravity-defying sequences.

Silks offers a powerful blend of strength, flexibility, artistry, and courage. Whether you're looking to defy limits, develop discipline, or simply experience the joy of moving through the air, Silks provides a dynamic and endlessly creative outlet.

Mixed Levels:
All experience levels are welcome in these inclusive classes. Our expert instructors tailor their lesson plans to meet students where they are—beginners will work on foundational skills like climbs, footlocks, and basic inversions, while more advanced students can explore intricate wraps, sequences, and drops. Everyone will be challenged at their own pace in a supportive, uplifting environment.

Aerial Hammock

Aerial Hammock—also known as Sling or Loop—is a soft, fabric-based vertical apparatus that offers a unique blend of strength, stretch, and flow. Unlike Aerial Silks, which use two separate tails of fabric, Hammock is a single loop, creating a cradle-like structure that supports fluid transitions, deep stretches, and beautiful wraps.

This apparatus is beloved for its versatility. It can be soothing and meditative, or bold and expressive—making it accessible and engaging for a wide range of students.

Mixed Levels:
All levels are welcome in this inclusive class. Whether you're brand new or have years of experience, our expert instructors will tailor their guidance to meet you where you are. Beginners will focus on foundational skills like mounts, wraps, and basic transitions. More advanced students will explore dynamic drops, complex sequences, and creative choreography within the loop.

Aerial Hammock is also a wonderful tool for developing body awareness, mobility, and flow. Whether you’re here for fitness, artistry, or play, there’s always something new to discover in the fabric.

Aerial Lyra

Aerial Hoop—also known as Lyra or Cerceau—is a metal apparatus perfect for showcasing both strength and flexibility. This versatile art form can be dynamic and explosive or slow and fluid, allowing each artist to find their own rhythm in the air.

Whether you're spinning high or moving with intention and grace, Lyra challenges the body and invites creativity. (Fair warning: it has a reputation for leaving a bruise or two—bringing arnica gel is always a good idea!)

Beginner:
You’ll focus on building strength, flexibility, and a solid foundation in aerial hoop technique. Learn essential skills like mounts, balances, and basic inversions.

Intermediate/Advanced:
As your strength and confidence grow, you'll explore more complex sequences—dynamic skills, spinning techniques, meathooks, and transitions on and above the top bar.
