Autumn’s journey through movement spans more than 30 years — from elite-level gymnastics to the ethereal world of aerial dance. Her work embodies a rare balance of discipline and artistry, reflecting both technical mastery and deep creative expression.
Trained and mentored by world-class cirque performers, Autumn carries forward the lineage of traditional circus arts while allowing them to evolve for a modern generation. Her performance career has included collaborations with Cirque du Soleil, The Lucent Dossier Experience, and Zen Arts, among others — experiences that deepened her respect for cirque as both a rigorous craft and a powerful form of expression.
She teaches with reverence for that lineage — honoring its foundations while encouraging individuality and exploration. Her approach is rooted in respect rather than gatekeeping, and her classes invite every student — from first-time flyers to seasoned performers — to explore aerial as a practice that builds strength, awareness, and authentic self-expression.
For Autumn, movement is not just performance; it’s a process of returning home — a way to explore what it means to be grounded, expressive, and free.
