1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Elevated Dreams website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All classes must be booked in advance via our website or approved platforms.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class time to avoid a late cancellation fee or forfeiting your session.

  • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Assumption of Risk

Aerial arts involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your safety and any resulting injuries. Elevated Dreams is not liable for accidents or injuries sustained during participation.

5. Code of Conduct

We strive to create a respectful, supportive environment for all. Elevated Dreams reserves the right to deny service or remove anyone who:

  • Engages in disruptive or unsafe behavior

  • Violates studio policies or staff instructions

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, videos) is owned by Elevated Dreams and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and our Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
