Alison McCulloh
AERIAL INSTRUCTOR
Alison began dancing at the age of three and has never stopped—movement has always been her favorite way to express herself and explore new challenges. Over a decade ago, she discovered Elevated Dreams and quickly fell in love with aerial arts. Learning to dance in the air opened her to a deeper awareness of what she was capable of mentally, emotionally, and physically. Autumn and the creative community at Elevated Dreams inspired her to reclaim her desire to perform professionally, build a life around her passions, and share her gifts with others.
Since then, Alison has performed at music festivals, casinos, film premieres, private venues, and community events. She holds a degree in Sociology and Applied Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is currently studying to become a Dance/Movement Therapist, blending her academic background with her lifelong love of dance and movement exploration.
Alison’s teaching style is playful, supportive, and grounded in strong technique. She meets students where they are while encouraging curiosity, confidence, and creativity. In her classes, students learn aerial sequences while also developing a deeper awareness of their bodies, emotions, and personal expression. Whether working with kids, teens, or adults, Alison strives to create a space where students feel safe to explore, express themselves, and discover their strengths both in the air and on the ground.
